return policy

Purchases may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received the order.  The returned items must be in perfect condition in its original undamaged packaging.  Any return items must be received by us within 14 days after the item was delivered to you.  All sales become final after 14 days.  Please see the exceptions to this policy as listed below.

Exceptions:

· All sale items are final and non-refundable.

· All sales of special occasion items are final and non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, innies ‘n outies will issue a refund back to the card used to make the original purchase.  Gifts may be returned, but the credit back will be on the original card used for purchase.  We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.

Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.  Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.  When free shipping was granted at purchase, the actual shipping cost related to the return item will be deducted from the total credit amount.  Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return.  Only returns with receipt will be processed.

Please contact us at returns@inniesnouties com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  A package without a RMA# will be refused and returned to you.  Once you obtain your RMA#, please ship your return to the following address:

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx.  We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
